As cinco coisas de que as pessoas mais se arrependem
Depois de ler o artigo "As cinco coisas de que as pessoas mais se arrependem antes de morrer" relativo a um estudo de Bronnie Ware, registo com agrado os principais arrependimentos das pessoas com algumas anotações minhas:
- Quem me dera ter tido a coragem de viver de acordo com as minhas convicções e não de acordo com as expectativas dos outros (A saúde traz consigo uma liberdade de que poucos se apercebem que têm, até a perderem);
- Quem me dera não ter trabalhado tanto (uma reflexão principalmente dos homens que dedicaram a sua vida à vida profissional em detrimento da vida pessoal);
- Quem me dera ter tido coragem de expressar os meus sentimentos (medo? não, cobardia!);
- Quem me dera ter mantido contacto com os meus amigos (com a família são a base da vida);
- Quem me dera ter-me permitido ser feliz (fingir que se é feliz é um engano, procurar ser feliz depende de cada um).
Se hoje estivesse para morrer acho que não estaria angustiado ou arrependido com a minha vida. Segue em frente e vive! :)
